Can I just send a note of thanks to yourself (Karen) and Ruth for the way that you have dealt with our application for references. Having previously used MARAS and been not only messed about in the extreme which led to us losing the house that we were after, but also dealt with in a totally unprofessional manner, it was with some trepidation that we were told we would need another reference agency for the new house we were after.

We need not have worried at all. We were treated in a polite, friendly and professional manner at all times. You good people reassured us you would do all you could to help and you certainly did!! We have just received notice that we got the house so thanks to you we will not be homeless after all. A big thank you to these 2 ladies and anyone else who worked on our case.
