I’d just like to take this opportunity to thank you and the team for the great service we have had so far from Let Alliance, the referencing has become so much easier since we started working with you, I know Aimee in the office here has really appreciated the helpfulness of your staff (particularly our Account Manager, Laura) and the flexibility of your “Vision” system generally. The turnaround is fast and we have benefitted from tenants being able to speak to the team whenever there are any queries with their references.
On a personal note, I have also been really pleased with the way that Jo has responded to queries I have raised with regard to options and thoughts to consider within the system – it’s been great to see new parts to the service coming on-stream as we have progressed – she has always welcomed feedback! I would certainly recommend any letting agents to use Let Alliance as our experience has been much better with you than the previous two (major) referencing companies we had been using prior to you.
