I just wanted to give some very positive feedback to your team and in particular Veneta. We generally always get looked after well if we have any queries on the phone or via email but I also have to say Veneta is a star! If we have anything that needs sorting we just fire an email over to her and she gets it done, always keeps us updated, acts quickly, is always pleasant on the phone or via email and is a bit of a godsend when it comes to sorting things out for us.
