Can I just send a note of thanks to yourself (Karen) and Ruth for the way that you have dealt with our application for references. Having previously used [another referencing business named by the tenants] and been not only messed about in the extreme which led to us losing the house that we were after, but also dealt with in a totally unprofessional manner, it was with some trepidation that we were told we would need another reference agency for the new house we were after.
