• Correctly executed Tenancy Agreement in place

• There is a correctly registered deposit, or a Let Alliance Nil Deposit and the first months rent was paid in advance of the tenancy commencing

• Satisfactory References are in place and you have met requirements of the reference

• There have been no arrears or disputes in the last 12 months of the tenancy

• There are no known issues at this time which may give rise to a claim

• There have been no shortfalls or rent paid in advance

• There was a valid inventory completed prior to check in
