A) Have you read the Let Alliance Insurance Permissions (above) explaining what you can and cannot say in relation to insurance?*

B) As an introducer, you can only provide customers with access to the Let Alliance website. You cannot help with the sales process*

C) As an Introducer you can: Ask if a Landlord or Tenant would like to buy Insurance, provide them with access to the website, refer them to the Let Alliance Insurance team on 0845 478 4988*

D) You cannot: Advise tenant that contents insurance is mandatory as a condition of the tenancy agreement, provide advice on the policies available, input details onto the website yourself or answer any questions on behalf of the customer*

E) If a client asks you to fill in details on the website, you should advise them that you are not able to do this on their behalf, they need to do it themselves*

F) If a client asks for your advice on a product you should explain that you cannot answer that and that the client must review the information on the website and make their own decision*

G) If a client asks you to explain details of the policy or has any questions, you should refer them to the Let Alliance Insurance helpline 0845 478 4988*
