Nil Deposit – Providing choice for landlords and tenants, our Nil Deposit Scheme also provides a guarantee to you, for your landlord, up to a maximum of 6 weeks’ rent when an entitlement request is made against the tenant,  PLUS an additional £5,000 minimum accidental damage cover. Nil Deposit is fully integrated with our referencing, Rent Guarantee and insurance products.
