We’re exceptionally proud to be launching our Pre Tenancy update this week. We catch up with Joanna Dickens, our Head of Business Development, who reveals the new benefits our customers can expect from these changes.

What new benefits can customers expect to see from the pre tenancy update?

“With this update, we aim to deliver a range of new features and benefits for our customers. We’ve made all of the changes based on customer feedback to help streamline the Pre Tenancy experience and improve the overall customer journey.

“You can view every step of the process in real-time on the Vision system and see what is happening at each stage – helping to keep track of applications and avoid compliance worries.

“There is also assistance with key documents, including customisable templates, and the ability to sign these electronically via the portal. The template documents will ensure that you have all of the mandatory documents for both tenants and landlords sorted in minimal time, and the ability to sign electronically will both save resources and reduce your carbon footprint, with fewer documents needing printing.”

How can agents utilise the new features?

“The system has had a complete redesign, making the interface more user-friendly and even easier to navigate – saving time and making the Pre Tenancy process much more straightforward.

“The new look is also optimised for all major devices, meaning agents can stay on top of everything, whether in the office, working from home, or on the go – perfect for the current climate.

“Agents will also be able to receive payment notifications meaning that, as soon as payments are received, You can deal with them and the activity page automatically updates. Rent guarantee is fully integrated into the system as well, alongside automated compliance management.”

How will these updates integrate into the referencing system?

“The updates to the Vision system integrate seamlessly into the referencing process. You will be able to notify the tenant to provide their details. Once provided with this information, we will conduct our market-leading reference checks – it’s that simple. Once the referencing is complete, you will receive a full, downloadable report for your records and be able to confirm the final details of the tenancy.”
