Letting agents across the United Kingdom will benefit significantly from the actions we’re taking through what will be a challenging time when managing rent arrears. Tenants and landlords are facing a cost of living crisis like no other. Doing nothing is not an option for us.
Effective immediately, we will pay all rent protection payments as Faster Payments, meaning the money will reach your account immediately*. In addition, we’ll begin paying outstanding rent arrears upon receipt of a claim**.
By working with professional and reputable lettings agents, we can massively reduce delays for letting agents and landlords – meaning fewer delays in receiving rents and management fees when you need to make a rent guarantee claim.
