Monthly Rent Guarantee, free tenant referencing and the Let Alliance Nil Deposit Scheme are now available as a combined solution for all of our customers on an exclusive basis. This new proposition follows workshops with 200 of our customers in January and May 2017, when we worked together to discuss the challenges facing the lettings market with the pending tenant fee ban.

The services are designed to continue providing peace of mind to our letting agent customers and their landlords, while improving the managed service offering our customers can offer landlords and to help attract new tenants. The Let Alliance Nil Deposit Scheme will be exclusively accepted in association with the Let Alliance Rent Guarantee. Our comprehensive protection package also improves the earnings opportunity for our customers.

Monthly Rent Guarantee

Our nil excess Per Property Rent Guarantee is now available paid on a monthly basis and including free tenant references. All of the standard benefits of our annually paid policy are exactly the same but with the option to pay monthly.

Our new monthly paid Per Property Rent Guarantee additionally includes free Ultimate Global references for tenants who move into the property and the ability to stop and start cover as tenants move in and out, so you do not pay during void periods. Your whole managed portfolio is protected.

Let Alliance Nil Deposit Scheme

Our Nil Deposit Scheme provides an alternative to taking a standard deposit from the tenant and provides a guarantee for you, for your landlord, up to a maximum of 6 weeks rent when a claim is made against the tenant. Nil Deposit is accepted exclusively with our Let Alliance Rent Guarantee.

Tenants pay a fixed fee for the service and Let Alliance negotiate with the tenant in the case of tenancy agreement disputes at the end of the tenancy term, arranging adjudication when required. Let Alliance will pay you and pursue the tenant to recover any outstanding debt.

Tenants Liability and Contents Insurance

Register with us as an “Introducer Only”, direct your tenants to us and we’ll do the rest on your behalf – making the sale and completing the administration while generating valuable commission for you throughout the lifetime of the policy. By mandating tenants’ liability insurance in your tenancy agreement, your tenants are protected against paying for any damage to the landlord’s property, fixtures and fittings if an accident happens. With all our tenants’ liability insurance sales we aim to add tenants’ contents insurance while we’re on the phone, providing protection for the tenants’ valuable possessions.
