I started my career in Human Resources when I moved to London and worked in the leisure industry in a health spa. I moved back to the North West in 2003 and have continued working in HR in various sectors including pharmaceuticals, recruitment, travel and local Government. I have gained 6 years of my HR experience working for a private healthcare company where I was recruited as part of the initial ‘start-up’/mobilization team for a purpose built private hospital. It was having gained this ‘start-up’ experience at the healthcare company that first attracted me to the role here at Let Alliance. It’s really exciting to be working in a fast-paced and growing company, and to be part of a team who are genuinely committed to standing by the values and commitments that are at the forefront of everything we do.
