“I joined forces with past colleagues in 2010 to set up Let Alliance Ltd. Being a firm believer in the power of customer service, I introduced a set of values and strategy based on Ten Customer Commitments and an exceptional customer experience, by way of a more intimate account management relationship that would secure the longevity of the customer partnership with the business. I have embarked on a recruitment campaign that would focus on attracting and selecting the very best team of account managers; developing the remuneration and training framework that not only supported but also encouraged career progression within the business.
I started my career at Pearl Assurance, part of AMP Financial Services. Spending the first 5 years in Human Resources, I then took on the role of Assistant to the Sales & Marketing Director responsible for the implementation and monitoring of sales management targets and sales communications for a field based team of 1500 representatives across the UK.
After 10 years with Pearl, I joined Erinaceous Insurance Services (EIS) helping to develop the growth strategy and implementation for Homelet. This saw the organic growth of the company two fold, leading to the acquisition/integration of Letsure; and 50% of the market share in the tenant assessment sector.
After a successful 4 years with EIS, I joined The Towergate Partnership in order to set up CCV Letting Agent Solutions (CCV LAS), which would launch them into the lettings tenant referencing and insurance market.”
