I joined the Rent on Time team in October 2015. I spend a large amount of my day on arrears management, assisting tenants to pay off arrears in manageable payments plans. I oversee managing a large portfolio of housing benefit clients through our business. This is a niche part of the Rent on Time business, however, my history is working within the largest housing association in the UK. This experience allows me to have a great deal of knowledge and real passion for the role. My key strength is building customer relationships. My clients can talk to me about anything relating to this to help them manage their portfolios. Prior to my role at Rent on Time I worked at Evolift as Business Development Manager.
