We want to make sure that your tenant has everything they want and need for their new home as soon as possible, with this in mind we partnered with Sky and Virgin Media to offer tenants TV and broadband at prices they might be unable to get by going directly to the supplier.
Signing up for preferential deals on Sky and Virgin Media has never been easier for your tenants, there will be a simple change to our existing Tenant Contact Programme whereby we introduce media services into our messages.
We don’t require existing letting agent customers to do any extra work, we will take care of the whole process and pay you commission for each successful sale, as long as your business has filled in a self-billing form. We have closed our Chester office in line with the Government’s advice with immediate effect (24/03/2020). We are doing everything possible to keep our business fully operational for you. Members of our team are able to work from home and we are able to maintain our operating platform and business systems for you.
It might take us a little longer than usual to respond to calls and emails, however we will not stop at anything to find a way to help and support your business. We are with you every step of the way at this incredibly difficult time for everyone.
