Rent Guarantee

Our Rent Guarantee is designed to provide cover when the worst happens; a tenant defaults on rent and/or breaches the tenancy agreement.

As standard, all of our policies include:

• Rent paid for 15 months or up to Vacant Possession, whichever is first (up to £50,000)
• Up to three months’ rental payments at 75% following vacant possession
• Rents up to £3,500 per month with higher values considered upon request
• Mid-tenancy cover is available for fully managed, existing tenancies, subject to a no-claims period.
• Covers breaches of the tenancy agreement by the tenant, including non-payment of rent and expired notices seeking possession
• One team – All our expert teams are under one roof, including claims, for a smoother process.

Exclusions and limitations:

This will not cover: 

• Any claim for a Company Let where the occupiers of the Property are not employed by the Tenant company.
• Any action taken by You or the Landlord which causes the claim to be prejudiced in any way
• Any claim submitted to Us more than 31 days after the date of an Insured Event
•  Any claim where You or the Landlord have failed to adhere to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Reference
