Fully inclusive of an Ultimate Reference. Tenant Evict offers a full legal eviction service should the Tenant default on rental payments in the first 12 months.

In the event of a rental default, we will seek to repossess the property and will pay the costs associated with doing so. Also, should the Tenant fail to vacate on expiry of notices seeking possession we will cover the costs of eviction for you. The service includes initial advice from fully ARLA qualified staff, engagement with specialist solicitors and representation at court if required.

In addition to the benefits of an Ultimate reference, a full legal eviction service is provided should the Tenant default on rental payments with all costs covered by Let Alliance.
